Empower Your Clients NOW
(Please note: client names changed.)
Homeownership powers stronger communities, economic stability, and so much more. That’s why it’s in everyone’s best interest to make owning a home possible for anyone who dreams of it.
But increasing home prices and stagnant wages have made it a challenge for many of your prospective clients. For low- and moderate-income borrowers especially, it can seem like too great a challenge to overcome.
That’s why Acme Advisors has partnered with Acme Mortgage Agency (AMA) to offer loans through the Acme Fund Loan Program. The AMA’s mission is to increase affordable and sustainable homeownership.
As part of that effort, we can offer your qualifying clients the following loan programs nationally:
Conventional Loan(1)
Provides a 3% down payment on a 97% LTV Fannie Mae mortgage
Offers a 3.5% second mortgage, which can be used for closing cost
FHA Loan
Down Payment Assist: A 30-year term, zero rate, no payment second mortgage. The second mortgage is forgiven as soon as you make 36 consecutive on-time payments on the FHA first mortgage(2)
Repayable Second: Choose between a 10-year repayable second at a 0% interest rate or a 30-year repayable second at 5% interest rate(3)
It’s part of our effort to put your client’s dreams — and your continued success — within reach.
